Missing Items - Domestic

All of our items are sent via Australia Post.

Beastess is not responsible for packages which are stolen, lost or sent to the wrong address.

Beastess is not responsible for any packages once they are with Australia Post.

 

Missing Items - International

All of our items are sent via Australia Post.

There is a risk when shipping internationally due to customs requirements in different countries. Packages shipped can never be guaranteed and once your order has been dispatched we unfortunately have no input in how it will arrive to you.

Beastess is not responsible for packages which are stolen, lost or sent to the wrong address.

Beastess is not responsible for any packages once they are with Australia Post or other postage carrier.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and these fees are not included in our product or postage costs. 

 

Returns Policy 

In addition to your Statutory Rights, the Beastess Returns Policy sets out how you can return your purchase because you:

  • Received a faulty or damaged item

You can return your purchase for a store credit under this Returns Policy if:

  • You have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your product
  • The product is returned within 10 business days
  • You return the product in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging

 

Exchange Policy

Beastess will accept and exchange in the instance you wish to swap the size of an item if:

  • You have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your product
  • The product is returned within 10 business days
  • You return the product in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging
  • The newly requested product is the same item as the original and a different size

 The original item must be returned at your expense and postage of the new item(s) must be paid for by the customer.

Faulty Products

If you believe your item may be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to request a store credit upon inspection by Beastess. All products must undergo an inspection to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided.

Beastess reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of:

  • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); and/or
  • Usual wear and tear following use of the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for return postage.
