Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers can select either standard or express shipping.

Tracking will be issued via the email given at checkout once orders are with Australia Post. 

 

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

International Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and these fees are not included in our product or postage costs. 

 

Missing or Lost Packages

Domestic

All of our items are sent via Australia Post.

Beastess is not responsible for packages which are stolen, lost or sent to the wrong address.

Beastess is not responsible for any packages once they are with Australia Post.

Missing Items – International

All of our items are sent via Australia Post.

There is a risk when shipping internationally due to customs requirements in different countries. Packages shipped can never be guaranteed and once your order has been dispatched we unfortunately have no input in how it will arrive to you.

Damages

Beastess will not be held responsible for any items damaged during postage and/or delivery.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for return postage.

 

Missing Orders

If your order is returned to us, we will send you an email and handle it on a case by case basis.

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered, we cannot refund the order. 

If your order was sent to the address which you provided and was not delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to deal with this matter directly with Australia Post or international postage service(s) as applicable.

Beastess is not responsible for items which go missing, are damaged, are not delivered or any other matters which are out of our control due to a postal service and their negligence.
